Ochoa, Oilmen Clobber Panthers
|
The Milwaukee Oilmen coasted to a win over the New York Panthers, 10-0. Danny Ochoa had a good day at the plate for Milwaukee. He was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once. The Panthers have now dropped 5 straight.
Jon Osorio had a productive at-bat for the Oilmen with one out in the top of the third. With runners on 1st and 2nd, the center fielder drew a walk. The at-bat was important in the Milwaukee win.
"You can't sugarcoat this one," said New York manager Jorge Latta. "We got flat-out beat."
