The Milwaukee Oilmen turned back the Jacksonville Spikes, 8-7, at Spikes Ballpark. Jordan Bermudez was named player of the game for his fine performance. He was 3 for 4 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 2. Mario Brito picked up the save, his 1st. Milwaukee has now reeled off 10 straight wins.

With his team trailing 5-4 in the top of the eighth, Paul Crady rose to the challenge. The Milwaukee pinch hitter got hold of a fastball from Victor Avina for a 2-run home run. The round-tripper put the Oilmen on top, 6-5.

"We're just feeding off each other right now," said Crady.
