"It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Storey. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Red Caps star told reporters. Storey excelled with an impressive 22-19 record in 44 starts. In 351 innings he yielded 374 hits and 51 walks, while striking out 94 and compiling a fine 2.49 ERA. |
