All-Star Cards
The 1990 Donruss All-Star cards used AL/NL logos, but OOTP doesn't have a token for subleague logos, so I'm just using the LEAGUE_LOGO token here. You could easily switch it out for an 80x80 pixel logo of your subleagues if you like.
Award Winners
Award winners are based on the team MVP cards with BC-## numbering. The text behind the player is customizable in the template if you like, but keep it in all caps unless you change the font. The font chosen only supports capital letters.
