| Breaking News |  | Friday, September 14th, 2007: Versaal Voted EH Pitcher of the Year Award Levi Versaal of France excelled on the mound in 2007 with a 17-5 record and was named the Eastern Hemisphere Pitcher of the Year Award.
The Les Bleus star put on quite a show with a 3.53 ERA in 28 starts with 192 strikeouts in 191 innings.

His splitter was diving, his slider was breaking and the Les Bleus were swinging and looking bad. In the solid 5-hit shutout the Three Lions hurler chalked up 3 strikeouts and 2 walks in a strong outing.
"As the game went on, he got stronger," his manager said. "I thought he really turned it up a notch in the eighth and ninth and probably threw his best breaking balls in those two innings. They put a lot of balls in play early in the count because he was throwing strikes."
This season Wroot has compiled a 14-10 record with a 4.54 ERA. |  | Saturday, September 1st, 2007: Séguin Homers 3 Times Against Turkey It wasn't your average day at the ballpark. The fans witnessed Jérôme Séguin power his way into the record book with three home runs and propel the France Les Bleus to a 8-0 win over the Turkey Ay-Yildizlar.
He spoke with reporters after his historic day and told them, "I've always loved hitting in Le Stade De France. You can see the ball so well."
For the day he collected 3 hits in 4 at-bats, scored 3 runs and had 4 RBIs.
J. Séguin hit a two-run home run off A. MacMillan in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off A. MacMillan in the 4th, hit a solo-shot off M. And in the 5th and grounded out in the 7th.
